Bank Holiday Delivery

The majority of all vehicles bought on mfldirect.co.uk are delivered within the guidelines outlined on the website. However, due to the extended bank holiday period between 21st April and 3rd May any vehicles purchased after the 13th of April and throughout this period may be subject to an extended delivery period.

If you do require any of your vehicles for a specific date, you may like to consider collecting the vehicle.

For collection, many of our holding sites and a number of dealers will be open on selected days during the bank holiday period. We would, however, recommend that you call ahead before starting out on your journey to check their opening times.

Important information regarding Release and Collection notes

In response to your feedback, we are pleased to announce that release and collection notes will soon be issued electronically and emailed through to your dealership as opposed to being faxed through.

In order to ensure these notifications are received by the correct individual or teams, you should receive an email today containing the registered email address to which we will be sending the release and collection notes. Once you receive the email, all you have to do is check it and make sure that the email address contained within is correct. If it is correct, then you need do nothing. If it is not correct, then click on the link within the email which will take you through to a website where you will be able to update the email address.

Before making any changes to the registered email address, you might like to check the following:

1. Think carefully about which email address you choose to have these notes sent to. It might be useful for more than one member of your staff to have access to this inbox to ensure that the different departments who use the release and collection notes can still reach them in the event of days off or holidays.


2. To avoid confusion, each dealership will only have to nominate one email address for both the release and collection notes to be sent to. If more than one department use these notifications, make sure that everyone is in agreement as to which address to use, and that the relevant members of staff have access.
